North Caldwell ZBA approves Dec. 17 minutes and adopts 2025 annual report

That resolution passed with six affirmative votes and one abstention from Ms. Roxana Demel. Following that vote, Mr. Berger moved to adjourn; the motion passed unanimously and the meeting ended at 7:45 p.m.
