Tulia ISD approves additional certified appraisers and passes consent agenda

On Sept. 16, 2025 the Tulia ISD Board approved the addition of two certified appraisers for the 2025–2026 school year and adopted the consent agenda by unanimous votes.
Director of Federal Programs Brooke Whitworth requested approval for additional certified appraisers. The Board approved Brooke Whitworth and Adam Rosales (THS assistant principal) as certified appraisers in a motion by Ashley Ramirez, seconded by William Fifer; vote recorded unanimous.
Later in the meeting the Board approved the consent agenda — financial reports, monthly bills, investments, donations, budget amendments and the minutes of the Aug. 21, 2025 meeting — in a motion by Ashley Ramirez, seconded by Jenni McCaslin; vote unanimous. No contested items were recorded in the minutes.
