North Caldwell Zoning Board re-elects chair, names vice chair in reorganization

The North Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment convened its reorganization meeting Jan. 21, 2026 and unanimously elected Mr. Bob Augustitus as chair after a nomination by Mr. Alfredo Paulo and a second by Mr. Scott Wormser. Mr. Augustitus's election carried with seven affirmative votes.
The board also elected Mr. Alfredo Paulo as vice chair on a nomination from Mr. Rick Berger and second by Ms. Mara Dooskin, again carrying unanimously with seven votes. Ms. Lisa Thompson, Esq., administered the Oath of Office to incoming and reappointed members: Scott Daly (regular member, term to 2029), Scott Wormser (regular member, term to 2029), Roxana Demel (alternate #1, term to 2027) and Tim Fisher (alternate #2, term to 2027). The board adopted its 2026 meeting calendar later in the session.
