Engineer outlines 2025 paving program and upcoming DOT bids

Council members asked clarifying questions about sides of streets to be paved and temporarily reimbursed charges. The engineer suggested the borough could pursue grant funding for certain drainage or streetscape projects and recommended mapping priority work in the town’s GIS to support phased budgeting.
