The Throckmorton Collegiate ISD Board voted to modify the district's regular monthly meeting days and times and to adopt a set of administrative procedures during the Nov. 19 meeting. Trustee Sandra Redwine moved to change the meeting schedule, Cole Clark seconded, and the motion carried unanimously (7–0).
During the same portion of the agenda the board approved district administrative procedures, including the Edgar policy, and separately adopted the district P‑Tech policy. The Edgar policy motion was recorded as moved by Kena (recorded as Kenda in one instance) Whitfield and seconded by Terry Lowery; the P‑Tech policy motion was moved by Whitney Waller and seconded by Brady Ash. Each policy motion carried 7–0. The minutes do not record extended debate or amendments to the policies.
