Three Rivers ISD board approves annual financial audit and consent items

"I move to approve the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2025, as presented," Trustee Thomas Salazar said when making the motion.
The votes were recorded in roll-call format: Lee Benham, Dianne Dye, Mayra Guerra, Darrell Pullin, Sammy Ruiz and Thomas Salazar voted yea; Rick Sowell was absent. The actions finalize the district's audited accounts for the stated fiscal year and maintain the board's meeting schedule.
Board members took no public comments before these items and received routine campus, financial and superintendent reports earlier in the meeting.
