Trustees then approved Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) internet safety policies and INFOSEC IQ — Texas DIR Security Awareness 2025-26 on a 6-0 vote after a motion by Domingo Castillo and a second by Dennis Cumbie. The minutes list approving trustees as Jeff Allen, Domingo Castillo, Dennis Cumbie, Mark Garcia, Kelly Sheridan and Brenda Valdez.
