Shortly after the meeting began, Board member Tim Bower moved and Tim Turner seconded a motion to adjourn to closed session at 5:03 p.m. to interview superintendent applicants; the motion passed with all seven trustees recorded as voting yes. The minutes record that no action followed the closed session. Justin Smith moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Brian Cox; that motion also carried unanimously.
