Engineer Mark Brunermer reported to council on the Phase III Water Main Replacement financial award and said North Broad Street Phase II is scheduled to go to bid on Feb. 4, 2026, information recorded in the Jan. 8 meeting minutes.
Following the engineering report, council authorized the clerk to advertise for bids for water meters and for various water components (motions noted in the minutes as M/Rollo S/Long and M/Chapes S/Moorhouse; both motions carried). No dollar amounts or contract winners were specified in the minutes.
