Paulsboro council authorizes two Land Use Board redevelopment investigations

Council voted to authorize two preliminary redevelopment investigations by the Borough Land Use Board. Resolution R.25.57 directs a preliminary investigation for potential condemnation redevelopment for parcels identified as Block 70 Lot 6, Block 113 Lot 10 and Block 114 Lot 15. Resolution R.25.65 authorizes a separate non-condemnation redevelopment study covering Block 121 Lot 1, Block 123 Lot 1 and Block 132 Lot 1. Both resolutions were adopted unanimously.
Council did not take immediate action beyond authorizing the Land Use Board investigations; the board will report findings and any recommendations to council in a subsequent meeting.
