Paulsboro council rejects proposed sidewalk snow-and-ice ordinance on first reading

The motion to adopt O.25.03 on introduction and first reading was moved by Council President Thomas and seconded by Councilwoman Turner but failed: only Council President Thomas voted aye; Councilwoman Armistead, Councilwoman Evans, Councilman Holloway, Councilman Singleton and Councilwoman Turner voted no. The ordinance will not advance to the March public hearing as written.
