On second reading the council approved O.29.24 to sell Block 43, Lot 1 (Billingsport Road) to Le Guo Wu for $15,000 and adopted O.32.24, O.33.24 and O.34.24 authorizing sales to buyers including Dan Diamond (two lots, $5,000 each) and Restaurants R Us, LLC (1000 North Delaware for $145,000). Motions to adopt carried unanimously (Councilwoman Evans absent).
On first reading the council introduced O.35.24 and O.36.24 (authorizing sale of various properties and Block 103, Lot 3.03/1417 Swedesboro Ave, respectively) and set public hearings and final readings for Dec. 26, 2024. Votes on introduction were unanimous. The minutes note adoption motions, sale prices, and delegation to execute sale and redevelopment documents where applicable.
