Seaside SD 10 to offer summer meals June 23–Aug 22 at Sunset Empire site

The district’s food-service director told the board the 2025 summer food program will run June 23 through Aug. 22 at the Sunset Empire Parks and Recreation old Broadway building, with service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The director said anyone 18 and under eats for free and adult lunches cost $5.
Board members noted the site is on bus lines and centrally located for families. The director said the program is partially state-funded and that this summer marks the fifth year the district has run the meal program from that site.
