The Seaside School District board adopted the superintendent evaluation summary for the 2024–25 school year after a brief discussion of the process. The document presented to the board stated that the board found the superintendent "exemplary" in culturally responsive instructional leadership, governance and ethics, and "highly effective" in areas including visionary leadership and communications.
Board members praised the superintendent’s leadership and work with staff, and the chair called for a motion to adopt the evaluation summary. A trustee moved to adopt and the board approved the evaluation summary by voice vote. The board said it will work with the superintendent on goals aligned to district objectives in coming weeks.
