Staff noted that regional providers, such as OSBA, can deliver the training and that a portrait process is both engagement and implementation—hearing from students, families and staff to inform outcomes. Members agreed board training should be recurring and that committee meetings can develop specific goals to bring forward for board approval; goal adoption will occur at the next regular meeting rather than tonight.
