Dewey board approves consent agenda, including activity-fund transfers

The Dewey Public Schools Board of Education approved the consent agenda, which included minutes from a Dec. 4, 2025 special meeting; encumbrance lists (Fund 11: 26000–26323; Fund 12: 2600–2603; Fund 21: 2600–2616; Fund 22: 2600–2608; Fund 34: 2600–2604); warrants and financial reports; and DPS 2023 Improvement Fund payments via Bank of Oklahoma Financial. Board member David Cleveland made the motion and Amanda Guilfoyle seconded; the board recorded five yes votes.
The consent agenda also authorized activity-fund transfers of $2,140 each from the Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball and Volleyball accounts into the Athletic Activity account. The transfers and encumbrance ranges were listed on the agenda and were approved without recorded amendment.
