Board canvasses Nov. 4 election, swears in members and reorganizes leadership

Matt Eastwood moved to canvass and declare the results; the motion passed unanimously with those present.
Notary Public Mindee Mata administered the Oath of Office to Jeff Mason and Iris Hammontree. After swearing-in, the board held a reorganization vote. Matt Eastwood's nominations and Sandra Smith's nomination for vice president led to a vote that carried 4'2: Sandra Smith, Iris Hammontree, Matt Eastwood and Jeff Mason voted to reorganize; Lorenzo Tavarez voted against. The newly elected officers took their seats.
