WG6 Holdings asked to resubmit lot combination; binding agreement required by City Attorney

WG6 Holdings LLC and Cox Construction and Development Corp. discussed a lot combination for parcels on Garden Commerce Parkway (620 & 630) at the Jan. 15 DRC meeting. Applicants asked whether one or multiple bay doors would be acceptable; staff said bay doors on side or rear elevations were acceptable and requested a site plan elevation as part of the submittal.
City Attorney comments noted the property owner must execute and have recorded a binding lot combination agreement as a condition of approval; applicants asked about that requirement and staff said the city would provide the document for execution. City Engineer Jim Monahan moved that the applicant revise and resubmit the lot combination for staff review only; Building Official Skip Nemecek seconded and the motion carried unanimously (5-0).
