Committee members recommended continuing the item to the next meeting so staff can inspect the location and the petitioner can provide mock-ups of materials and setbacks.
The committee moved and approved a continuation; the clerk later noted the item would return on Sept. 6 because Sept. 5 falls on Labor Day. The item will be revisited with staff feedback and any mock-ups the petitioner provides.
