Waelder ISD board renews Good Cause exception allowing guardians on campus

The vote included trustees Dora Noyola, Troy Sullivan, Avery Williams, Adolph Gonzales, Donald Kincaid and Ruben Nava; Secretary JoAnn Ibarra was absent.
Board members did not record additional conditions or a sunset date for the exception during the meeting. The action was entered on the consent and action record for Nov. 17, 2025, and may be revisited at a future session if staff or trustees request further clarification.
