Zoning Board carries multiple incomplete applications to Oct. 22 meeting

The South River Zoning Board carried three items to its Oct. 22 agenda after staff reported missing paperwork or improper legal notice. Secretary Julie Moy said the architect for File ZB-2024-04 (37 Levinson Ave.) has not resubmitted revised plans despite multiple follow-ups dating to May; the Board will inform the applicant that failure to resubmit could result in dismissal by year-end.
Attorney Lawrence Sachs asked to carry File ZB-2024-08 (23 Levinson Ave.) so the applicant could submit revised plans. File ZB-2024-10 (17 Center St.), an application for an in-ground pool, was carried because the applicant did not provide timely legal notice and must re-notice for the Oct. 22 public hearing. The Board’s votes to carry were recorded in public session.
