Administrator Glenn Domenick estimated the annual cost for the newly appointed procurement counsel at between $7,000 and $10,000 and clarified that "the services are not provided by the Borough Attorney." Jeff Ivler asked the council to allow more discussion between the public and the governing body during public comment and requested updates on outstanding shared-services payments and descriptions of closed police matters that could be publicly shared.
