The Board of Commissioners approved the minutes of the Dec. 18, 2025 caucus on a motion by Commissioner Gerken, seconded by Commissioner Mirza. "On roll call, Commissioners Gerken, Mirza and Mayor MacNeill voted 'YEA'. Abstain: Commissioner Anlian Absent: Commissioner Portorreal," the minutes record.
Commissioner Anlian moved, and Commissioner Mirza seconded, that the board convene a closed session under N.J.S.A. 10:4‑12b(7) for contract negotiations (Resolution 2026‑01); the board entered closed session at 8:21 p.m. and returned at 8:28 p.m. The caucus adjourned at 8:28 p.m. on a motion by Commissioner Gerken and second by Commissioner Mirza.
