The EC account showed an adjusted 2025 budget of $12,000 with a balance of $3,651.56 as of Jan. 5, 2026; the Nature Preserve account had a $8,000 adjusted 2025 budget and a balance of $6,483.22 on the same date. The minutes note a PO#64867 for $625.00 for ANJEC dues and PO#64451 for $289.23 to Wild Birds Unlimited for winter bird-feeding supplies. The group confirmed a Winter Bird Count for Jan. 24, 2026, and a Key Club clean-up on April 11, 2026. A motion to install two bird‑feeder signs (estimated cost $500) was presented and circulated for an email vote.
