Conner said the partnership is intended to support faster community power restoration while ensuring district operations and property are protected; the motion, made by Kevin Johnson and seconded by Susan Rollins, passed with five trustees voting yea and two absent. The agreement will require staff coordination and pre-event planning to identify staging locations and access protocols.
