Proposed unassigned-fund policy tabled until full board attendance

Several members agreed it would be more productive to discuss the policy with full board participation and moved to table the item to next month.
"Andy and David are not present tonight, and they have an opinion regarding the surplus that is sometimes at odds with some of others' opinions. So it might be more productive to, to wait," the Chair said when proposing the tabled motion. The board voted to defer the discussion and asked staff to circulate the track-changed document to members ahead of the next meeting.
