Superintendent Norton reported that "after the last snow we have had issues with the sewer in Glenn's Grove," and that Gillan Construction provided a verbal quote of $82,000 to replace the line while Hoerr quoted $25,000 to line it. The council approved the Oakdale lining resolution by motion (#15358).
Council members discussed whether to pursue spot replacement or lining as a less-costly interim measure while staff obtains formal bids. Norton said he would get a formal quote for the collapsed section on Deerpath Road and pursue east-interceptor cleaning that has been ongoing for several years. No formal motion to replace the Glenn's Grove line was made at the meetings; staff will return with more details.
