Trustees Liz Gutierrez, Shirley Jordan, Priscilla Vela, Albert Villarreal, Oscar Arredondo and Velma Rodriguez were present; Trustee Belinda Gonzalez arrived at 5:44 p.m.
The board opened the public participation period and the minutes state there were no public speakers. The meeting included a staff-led strategic roundtable presentation and a closed-session legal consultation; the meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
