The Waxahachie Independent School District Board of Trustees convened at 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2026, in the Fine Arts Center. President Dusty Autrey presided; Trustees Adrian Cooper, Debbie Timmermann and Kim Kriegel were present in person. Trustees Clay Schoolfield, Judd Mc Cutchen and Ryan Pitts were absent for the evening. Superintendent Rebecca McCutchen and district administrators were also present.
There were no speakers during the open forum. Trustee Kim Kriegel made a motion to adjourn; Trustee Debbie Timmermann seconded. The motion passed 4-0 and the meeting adjourned at 6:32 p.m. The minutes are signed by Jan Dusty Autrey, President, and Ryan Pitts, Secretary, with a date notation of 3.23.26 in the record.
