Commission develops Greenwood banner ideas — wildlife themes and school contests proposed

A public commenter confirmed the city Facebook page and the moderated "Blue Lake Happenings" group exist and explained how posting from the city page enables sharing; commissioners agreed to draft banner concepts and consider presenting them to the Chamber of Commerce in February. "So it could be that each banner has ... a different animal or plant or something that means something beautiful in the history of Blue Lake," one commissioner said. The commission will return with concrete designs and cost estimates for future consideration.
