"A motion was made by Aaron Park and seconded by Shannon Blake to approve and accept three (3) change orders which increases JK Moore’s contract by $451,451.00 and to increase the change order approval for the Superintendent in the amount up to $100,000.00," the minutes record. The motion "carried unanimously," with the minutes specifically noting Trustees Eddie Wood and Jeff Patterson voting to approve.
