Consent items included routine minutes and financial reports, an interlocal agreement with Ellis County for road maintenance services, participation in the Region 10 Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative for the 2026–27 school year, electrical-panel and switchgear upgrades at Dunaway Elementary, Shackelford Elementary and Turner Pre-K, and renewal purchase of Microsoft Office suite licenses. The minutes record an amendment to the original Great Minds agreement to add 10 days of coaching at an additional $39,000, bringing that engagement to $391,500.
