Waller ISD board asks appraisal district for more financial details on proposed WCAD headquarters purchase

Waller County Chief Appraiser Becky Gurrola introduced WCAD Chairman Tim Junek, who described the district’s need to move.
Junek said the appraisal district needs more space "due to the county's growth and the impending expiration of space in their current facility," and the board asked WCAD to return with additional financial data so trustees could make a well-informed decision. WCAD Board Member Rick Welch was also in attendance. The trustees did not take any formal action on the proposal during the special called meeting.
