Waelder ISD trustees update bank signatories and online access

Superintendent Dr. Ron Lilie recommended several administrative changes to the district's banking and investment account signatories. The board voted unanimously to remove Juanita Gutierrez and Miranda Bracho (identified in the minutes as "from Region III") from SouthStar Bank accounts and to add Donna Schweers (Region III) to Online Business Services at SouthStar Bank.
The board also removed JoAnn Ibarra from TexPool accounts following her resignation from the board and later approved adding Trustee Troy Sullivan to TexPool. Each change was moved and seconded and carried by unanimous vote, according to the minutes.
