"We're looking at having, a board of elections meeting, if not before, on September 15 to approve the ballot," Miss Chilcott said, explaining that date provides the longest window between approval and the mailing of ballots. Board members acknowledged the schedule and asked staff to continue outreach about potential polling location changes, including at Godfrey and other listed sites.
