The Gregg County Commissioners Court approved an interlocal agreement with Longview Independent School District for cutting, clearing and debris cleanup at property on Farm to Market 1844 in Longview; as part of the agreement, LISD will convey temporary rights to the county for work. The court also approved multiple Precinct 3 road projects: installation of a driveway culvert at 777 Tom Eubanks Road, assistance to the City of White Oak for road striping where the city provides materials, and approval for a covered secondary driveway at 17212 County Line Road with reimbursement arrangements for materials.
The items were introduced by staff and moved by precinct commissioners; corrections to the property address (1844 not 1884) were recorded on the public record. Each motion received a second and was approved by voice vote. Commissioners emphasized that property owners supply materials in some projects and that Road & Bridge crews will provide labor and equipment.
