For the SR‑28/I‑69 area, an engineering proposal (about $121,000) will evaluate interchange traffic flow, wastewater and water-supply infrastructure and recommend highway accommodations or turn lanes necessary to support future development. Commissioners approved both actions and directed the planning and highway offices to proceed; the SR‑28 study will be paid from Edit Project 4 (economic development).
