The Elmwood Park President and Board of Trustees voted unanimously Feb. 2 to adopt a consent agenda that included payment of bills and vouchers totaling $4,798,754.26 and multiple routine resolutions, license approvals and contract notices.
Trustee Jonathan L. Zivojnovic moved to approve the consent agenda; Trustee Alan T. Kaminski seconded the motion. On roll call Trustees Eisa Estrada-Volpe, Jonathan L. Zivojnovic, Angela Lollino, Alan Kaminski, Jeff Sargent, Bina Conte and President Angela "Skip" Saviano all answered "Aye." Voting "Nay": none. The clerk recorded the motion as carried.
The package contained fund-by-fund accounts-payable and payroll breakdowns and listed a range of capital and operating funds affected by the approvals. The meeting record shows detailed payroll and fund totals and identifies the consent agenda grand total as $4,798,754.26.
Board members did not request separate votes on individual items listed on the consent agenda. The board also approved a number of license and permit applications that were listed in the packet.
