Trustee Liz Gutierrez moved and Trustee Shirley Jordan seconded the motion to approve the low-attendance waiver; the motion carried 5–0. The TEKS Certification and the academic calendar were each approved by recorded 5–0 votes; the agenda lists Rhonda Garcia as the presenter for the calendar. Trustee Albert Villarreal departed the meeting prior to some of these votes and is recorded as absent for those items.
