Chamlin consultant outlines OSLAD park steps; will review 2026 street estimates with alderman

Mike Richetta of Chamlin & Associates told the Spring Valley City Council that he had met with the OSLAD park committee, reviewed plans and gathered ideas needed to move the park project forward. He said Chamlin will also review estimates for the 2026 Street Maintenance program and coordinate with Alderman Ken Bogacz on next steps.
Richetta also provided a separate update during the May 18 meeting, where he noted progress on permits for a new well and water-line replacements and discussed pool repairs that could extend the facility's useful life. Council did not take a formal vote on the OSLAD plan at either meeting but directed staff to place related items on future agendas for detailed cost estimates and grant steps.
