Superintendent Seelke reported the districts total enrollment and attendance at 737 students during the Oct. 20 board meeting and summarized the results of a recent facilities assessment. Key priorities identified during a board walkthrough include high school HVAC replacement, repairs to the high school gym, elementary-school security and maintenance work, and consideration of repurposing the Dome Gym.
Seelke also listed facilities needing attention such as the ag building/CTE area, Veterans Park bleachers and home seating at the football field. The superintendent said the Strategic Action Committee will meet Oct. 30 to finalize the district strategic plan for presentation at the November board meeting.
