Superintendent reports district enrollment at 1,125; names new benefits administrator

Superintendent Justin Cowart told the Winona ISD Board on March 16 that current enrollment stands at 301 students in the high school, 252 in the middle school and 572 in the elementary school, for a district total of 1,125 students. Cowart also reported that Gentry Financial has been named the district’s new benefits administrator.
Business Manager Stephanie Woods presented the district’s quarterly investment report earlier in the meeting; no formal action was taken on the investment update during the public session.
