Board approves December financials, tax collections and minutes

As part of its consent agenda, the WINK-LOVING ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved the Dec. 15, 2025 meeting minutes, accepted the December tax collection report showing $3,585,784.39 in collections, and approved financial reports including bills paid and payable totaling $543,584.23. Sarah Wilkinson, the district’s Tax Assessor/Collector, presented the tax report; Geanna Coker, Business Manager, reviewed the cash position and investment report.
Trustee Purcell moved to approve the tax collection report; Trustee Evans moved to approve the financial reports and bills. Both motions were seconded and carried with unanimous votes from trustees present. The minutes record that there were no budget amendments for December.
