During the board’s reorganization on June 9, trustees elected officers for the coming term. A nomination and motion by Al Flanagan to elect Todd Raabe as president, seconded by Keidric Trimble, passed 5–0 with two absences. Al Flanagan was then nominated and elected vice president (motion by Holly Conaway, seconded by Joe Conflitti), and Holly Conaway was nominated and elected secretary (motion by Joe Conflitti, seconded by Al Flanagan); each action passed with the same recorded 5–0 tally and two absences.
The board also voted to approve the dates of board meetings as presented. The transcript records motions and roll-call tallies for each officer election and the meeting-date approval but does not include further discussion of candidates or alternate nominees.
Following the reorganization items the agenda listed administration of the oath of office and statement of elected officers; the transcript notes the items but does not include verbatim oath language.
