The Elmwood Park Village Board on May 4 unanimously approved a consent agenda that included payment of bills and vouchers for April 2026 totaling $4,706,085.49 and a payroll summary included in the packet. Trustee Jonathan L. Zivojnovic moved to remove one scrivener-error item from the consent list; the board then voted to approve the remaining consent items.
The consent agenda bundled dozens of routine items: approval of minutes from April meetings, finance and commission minutes, business and contractor licenses, and several ordinances and resolutions ranging from a billboard-lease ratification with Outfront Media to authorization to purchase a John Deere loader. The agenda also listed a resolution appointing Gregory J. Manning as the village's authorized agent to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and a resolution awarding a contract for the 2026 Motor Fuel Tax resurfacing project.
