Trustee Matt Eastwood questioned several percentages, saying the numbers "don't add up" and asked, "where is the .7th student?" Gilliam offered to sit down with trustees to walk through the calculations. Board members requested a follow‑up session to clarify the data and how state and region comparisons are derived.
