WOCCISD leaders present district and campus improvement plans and honor staff, student

The board received a presentation of the West Orange-Cove CISD District Improvement Plan for 2025–26 from Chief of Operations Dr. Larry Haynes. Dr. Haynes then asked principals to present their campus improvement plans for the coming school year.
Principals who spoke about their campuses included Brodrick McGrew (West Orange-Stark High School), Caleb Henson (West Orange-Stark Middle School), Vickie Oceguera (West Orange-Stark Elementary School) and Lakeisha Carter (North Early Learning Center). The minutes also record campus recognitions: Teacher of the Month Amy Thomas, Employee of the Month Betty Franks and Student of the Month Ramon Sanchez.
