District presents 2024-25 TAPR; STAAR results largely unchanged, board takes no questions

The WEST ORANGE-COVE CISD Board of Trustees received the district's 2024-2025 Texas Academic Performance Report during a public hearing at the start of its Feb. 23, 2026 meeting. Dr. Larry Haynes presented the TAPR and told trustees that overall STAAR scores were "pretty much the same" as those reported last summer, with only a few minor exceptions.
