The November report showed a beginning balance of $22,379.19 and an ending balance of $26,909.26; December began at $26,909.26 and closed at $14,446.27 after uniform purchases and other expenses.
Minutes note a pair of questionable Ad Mfg. charges totaling $1,743.25 (dates 5/2 and 5/5); the bank denied those charges because they were over 60 days. Commissioner Portorreal asked the village attorney to send a letter to Andrew Karmitz of Ad Mfg. The board then voted to accept the financial report on a motion by Howie Jacobs, seconded by Gil Bell; all were in favor.
