During Information Items the board introduced Sherry Tarr as Winters ISD's new Business Manager and announced new campus secretaries: Wendy Cortez at the high school and Crystal Robbins at the elementary campus. The introductions were recorded in the May 18 minutes and will be reflected in updated signature cards at Security Bank.
The board also announced summer office hours (8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Thursday, June 1–July 31, 2026) and key election dates: last day to post candidate filing deadline notice June 18, 2026; first day to file for candidacy July 18, 2026; last day to order a general election August 17, 2026.
